2. User Eligibility

Our service is available to pharmacy owners and their staff. By using InPharmaCo, you confirm that you are authorized to manage pharmacy operations.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect and store personal and business data, including names, emails, mobile numbers, and transaction details, to provide our services effectively. Data is managed in compliance with industry best practices.

4. Payments & Subscription

InPharmaCo operates on a subscription basis. All payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must ensure that all data entered into InPharmaCo is accurate and lawful. Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent activities, may result in termination of access.

6. Limitation of Liability

M/s Three Musketeers Group is not responsible for any errors, losses, or damages arising from the use of InPharmaCo. Users are responsible for verifying all data, including inventory and sales records.

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Madhya Pradesh or through the jurisdiction of district and high courts in Madhya Pradesh.
